Your switchboard protects every circuit in the property. Older boards with ceramic fuses, or without enough safety switches, can't safely handle today's appliances, air conditioners, EV chargers and solar. We replace old boards, add sub-boards, and carry out full or partial rewires, with all work tested and certified.

Common questions
How do I know if I need a switchboard upgrade?
Common signs are ceramic fuses, no safety switches, frequent tripping, or plans to add air conditioning or an EV charger. We can check your board and tell you if it's needed.
How long will the power be off?
A standard home switchboard upgrade usually takes most of a day, with power off for part of it. We'll let you know the timing in advance.
What is an RCD?
A residual current device, or safety switch, cuts power in a fraction of a second if current is leaking to earth, such as through a person. It's the most important protection against electric shock.
Will I get a certificate?
Yes. All notifiable electrical work in NSW needs a Certificate of Compliance for Electrical Work, and we issue one for every job that needs it.
