Common questions
How often should my air conditioner be serviced?
Most manufacturers recommend a professional service once a year. Clean the filters yourself every few months, or monthly in heavy use.
Why is my unit leaking water?
Usually a blocked or poorly sloped drain, or a dirty coil. It's normally a quick fix, but leave it too long and it can damage walls and ceilings.
Do you service all brands?
Yes, including Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Fujitsu, Panasonic, Samsung, LG and most others.
Is it worth repairing an old unit?
It depends on the age, the fault and the cost of parts. If a repair doesn't make sense, we'll tell you and quote a replacement instead.
