Building new or renovating? We handle the complete electrical fit-out, from planning circuits and switchboard capacity to rough-in at frame stage and final fit-off. As air conditioning specialists too, we can plan and install your split or ducted system at the same time, so everything is coordinated from day one.

FAQ
Common questions
When should I contact you during a build?
As early as possible, ideally at the planning or drawings stage. Rough-in happens at frame stage, before the plasterboard goes on, so we need to be booked in before then.
Do you work with builders and owner-builders?
Yes. We work with builders, owner-builders and renovators, and coordinate with your other trades to keep the job on schedule.
Can you install the air conditioning at the same time?
Yes. Because we do both trades, we can run air conditioning pipework and power during rough-in, which avoids cutting into finished walls later.
Will I need a switchboard upgrade for a renovation?
Often, if you’re adding circuits for a new kitchen, air conditioning or an EV charger. We check your existing board and include any upgrade in the quote.
