Common questions
My safety switch keeps tripping. What should I do?
Unplug everything on that circuit and reset the switch. If it holds, plug appliances back in one at a time to find the faulty one. If it still trips with everything unplugged, call us.
How do I know if it's a power outage in my street?
Check whether neighbours have power, or look up your network's outage map. Most of Sydney is covered by Ausgrid or Endeavour Energy. If only your property is out, call us.
Do you really come out at night and on weekends?
Yes. Our phone line is open 24/7 for urgent faults.
Is there a call-out fee?
